The State Assembly records its decisions, accounts for the resources it uses and reports back to National Soil. Matters beyond the delegation return to those who entrusted the work.

What does it do?

Considers proposals and reports concerning delegated international work and records how it will be carried out.

What responsibilities are entrusted to it?

Only the international responsibilities within the mandate received from National Soil.

To National Soil, with decisions and reports showing how the delegation has been carried out.

State International Business Assembly

What does it do?

Carries out authorised international business and communicates the people’s direction to government service providers within the mandate entrusted by National Soil.

What responsibilities are entrusted to it?

Defined international business, resources and service responsibilities delegated by National Soil. Work stays within the agreed mandate.

To whom does it report?

To National Soil, with clear records, accounts, outcomes and reporting against the delegation.

State Jural Assembly

What does it do?

The detailed international Jural scope is being developed.

What responsibilities are entrusted to it?

International responsibilities will be described when their scope, limits and processes are defined and authorised. Local hearing responsibilities are not assumed to apply here.

To whom does it report?

Reporting arrangements must be defined with the international mandate under National Soil direction.
