Purpose and Mission

The Public Education Tour (PET) Working Group is tasked with facilitating the strategic plan for distribution of educational materials that inform and empower public officials and communities. • Identify and document delivery points, key contacts, and volunteer assembly representatives.
  • Compile and maintain stock lists by location.
  • Create a structured plan for book allocation and delivery.
  • Oversee logistics to ensure smooth and timely distribution.
  • Implement processes for record-keeping, including witness testimonies and video evidence.
  • Ensure ongoing follow-up and engagement with recipients to measure impact.
  • Create accompanying letters and effective additional documents as appropriate.
  • Message Development:
    • Craft a clear and compelling narrative explaining the purpose of the outreach.
    • Develop a concise script to ensure consistency and impact.
    • Offer guidance sessions to volunteer local area leaders.

Supporting Materials:

Include an introduction letter, summary, and any relevant supporting documents.
- Follow-Up and Documentation
- Follow-Up Strategy:

Establish a structured timeline for follow-up communication.
Reinforce key messages and assess engagement with the material.

Record-Keeping and Accountability:

  • Maintain accurate logs of book deliveries, testimonies, and video evidence.
  • Develop an action-tracking system to monitor progress and outcomes.
  • The PET Working Group is dedicated to ensuring an organised, impactful, and transparent distribution effort.

By systematically managing logistics, communication, and engagement, this initiative will strengthen public awareness and empower key institutions with vital information.
