Defining the Jural framework and processes for Local and National Assemblies.
Proposed Office descriptions, jury and trial processes, record protocols, notice templates and training material.
Existing work is kept with its parent group. These entries describe development work; authorisation and operational status are recorded separately.
Existing source material and reference links are retained on this page. Dedicated draft links and review dates will be added as the group supplies them. A linked reference document does not by itself establish its authorisation status.
Dated progress reports and milestones will be added here as they are supplied. The purpose and scope below describe the group’s work.
No confirmed authorisation record is listed in this section yet. Each completed output will link to its authorised description, Charter or process and show its jurisdiction, pillar and operational status separately.

Ask about this group or contributeThe Jural Committee is developing the proposed functions, safeguards and working processes of the Jural pillar within National and Local Assemblies. Its focus is fair process, protection of rights and Peaceful Repair. The work described here is research and preparation, rather than a statement that a court, hearing body or Office is already authorised or operating.
Local work concerns fair hearings, evidence, participation and repair within an agreed scope. National work supports Local Assemblies through shared resources, training, records guidance and coordination. Any proposed national hearing role needs its own defined responsibilities, limits and reporting arrangements.
The following are identified areas for development, with membership, charter, authority and operating status still to be confirmed:
Guardianage and peacekeeping arrangements are being developed separately. Any relationship with those functions must be expressly defined. Expected outputs are draft processes, role descriptions, safeguards, templates and training material for review and agreement; these do not themselves confer authority.
