Existing work is kept with its parent group. These entries describe development work; authorisation and operational status are recorded separately.
Existing source material and reference links are retained on this page. Dedicated draft links and review dates will be added as the group supplies them. A linked reference document does not by itself establish its authorisation status.
Dated progress reports and milestones will be added here as they are supplied. The purpose and scope below describe the group’s work.
No confirmed authorisation record is listed in this section yet. Each completed output will link to its authorised description, Charter or process and show its jurisdiction, pillar and operational status separately.

Purpose
The Guardianage Committee is established by the Interim National General Assembly to research, develop and recommend the structure, Offices, processes and operating principles of the Guardianage pillars, in all three jurisdictions, on Terra Australis.
Its role is to define how the Local, National and State Guardianage Assemblies should function, interact and support the people they serve, ensuring communities are prepared, resilient and able to respond effectively in times of need.
The Committee exists to develop a practical, peaceful and community-centred framework that strengthens preparedness, cooperation and mutual assistance while remaining consistent with the principles and values of the Assemblies.
Guardianage Philosophy
Freedom carries responsibility.
Strong communities are not built during emergencies - they are built long before emergencies occur. Guardianage begins with neighbours knowing one another, sharing skills, preparing together, and willingly supporting one another through both everyday challenges and extraordinary events.
The Guardianage pillar exists to strengthen communities, foster resilience and encourage peaceful service. It complements, rather than replaces, existing emergency service providers and seeks constructive cooperation wherever possible.
Guiding Principle
A free people accept responsibility for one another.
Scope
The Committee shall research, develop and recommend:
In carrying out this work, the Committee should consider historical Assembly practices, contemporary community preparedness models, emergency management experience, volunteer organisations, and lessons learned from recent events, adapting these where appropriate to suit the peaceful, community-based nature of the Assemblies.
Vision
To establish a Guardianage framework that enables every Local Assembly to become a prepared and connected community where neighbours know one another, practical skills are shared, emergencies are met with calm organisation, and no one faces hardship alone.
Guardianage is the practical expression of community responsibility.
