It’s actually safer and simpler than you might think.
Why? Because under legal definitions, a protest is essentially an act of begging. Your “masters” are under no obligation to listen to their slaves.
That’s why, in February 2022, and again at the Shrine of Remembrance, they turned weapons on the people. It’s not a conversation — it’s theatre, and the crowd is always expected to lose.
Again, it’s a form of begging — not a declaration of will. And in the legal system, he who asks, bows.
Correct your status.
Sever all presumptions of usufruct subjugation.
Then assemble.
Because Assemblies are the only lawful way to express the collective will of the people.
Local Area Assemblies (Soil jurisdiction) – where people come together as the people
National Assembly (Land, Air, and Sea jurisdiction) – where elected Citizens come together as the People to act in behalf of the people
Did you catch the difference?
Your elected Offices act in behalf of the people — not on your behalf like (s)elected politicians do. That distinction matters.
You can choose one from the Potential Harms List we created during the Declaration of Independence process, or bring forward something close to your heart. Just pick one.
Gather 3 or more people.
Local is great. National reach is even better.
Then:
Gather evidence that the harm is real
Gather evidence that the harm actually being done, by who, where and how
Collect proof of the damage being done
Draft a clear and peaceful strategy with a recommended Assembly action
Your presentation should include:
Evidence of the activity or pattern
Evidence of resulting harm
A proposed detailed action for your Local Assembly Office to take
- what should the Elected Office actually do
- delegate actions to the National Assembly
We have to stand the National Assembly first – it is the gateway back from international jurisdiction onto the Land and Soil. We then want to stand as many Local Area Assemblies as possible straight after the National Assembly is up and running.
With your local Assembly in place, bring your Working Group’s strategy forward to the General Assembly for a vote.
Only through Assembly can the will of the people be expressed.
Local Assemblies (Soil jurisdiction) are the people assembled.
Men and women dealing with men and women.
Your elected Office is empowered to:
Approach the actual man or woman doing or directing the activity causing the harm
Present the evidence of harm caused by the activity
Serve a Notice of Liability or Cease and Desist (the Working Group decides)
Do so with the weight of the expressed collective will of the people
Your strategy can also include escalation to the National Assembly, operating in Land, Air, and Sea jurisdiction. This allows the People (Elected Offices) to engage service corporations lawfully and directly.
Pick a harm
Start or join a Working Group
Prepare a strategy and evidence pack
Seat your Assembly
Present for a vote
Take peaceful, powerful action
Darren can help get the word out, guide you through the process, and support your Working Group.
But you need to take the lead.
