On 31 August 2025, the legitimate government on Terra Australis was formally recognised on the international public record by Anna Maria Riezinger, Fiduciary of The United States of America (1776).
This recognition affirms that your Assemblies — standing on the Land and Soil — are the lawful governing body of this continent, established by and for the living men and women on Terra Australis.
International recognition means that once our governance structure is complete and our assemblies fully seated, Terra Australis will stand as a peer among nations. This opens the door to:
This is not symbolic. It enables our ability to govern ourselves, to engage lawfully with other nations, and to end the false presumption that corporate governments own or control our destiny.
To form a new nation or country, recognised on the world stage, several elements must be in place:
We were all shanghaied out to sea aboard the Citizen-Ship one by one via the birth certificate process, and so we must return to the Land and Soil one by one through the re/conveyance process — repopulating both jurisdictions. We now have men and women with the proper standing to form a governing body.
Land: Though corporations claimed this land was vacant [terra nullius] as recently as 2023, the truth is we never left. When we correct the record with our proper political status, we have a legitimate lawful claim to the Land and Soil of our nativity.
On the Soil jurisdiction, people make the Law. Customs and community expectations define acceptable behaviour, and a jury of peers decides the facts and the appropriate remedy for harm.
On the Land jurisdiction, a system is needed to address harm caused by public officials, service providers, and foreign actors. Often referred to as Common Law or Law of the Land, the truth is that the only system of law that has ever existed in Australia (always a corporate legal fiction) is Sui Generous common law, for sui juris persons. Terra Australis State Nationals formally invoke the Law on Terra Australis effective 1 October 2025.
Your Assemblies provide the framework. We are deliberately not rushing elections — legitimacy and participation must come first. This is how we gain authority to direct the legacy system, and how the Jural Assembly pillar upholds and administers the Law.
Protection of people and property: The Guardianage Assembly pillar — the people coming together to defend, protect, and care for one another in times of emergency.
The Global Family Group prosperity system was created for the purpose of ensuring fair and life-affirming exchange.
If the past five years have shown us anything, it is that the corporate service providers serve masters with destructive harmful intent. Voting, petitioning, protesting, or appealing to their courts only acknowledges their presumed authority and further enslaves us. None of these paths will set all man kind free.
As scripture reminds us:
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…” (Hosea 4:6).

The Declaration of Independence — on 6 July 2025 we claimed our standing as living men and women, free from coercion and control. Link

The Invocation of Law — on 1 October 2025 our Law is invoked, grounded in the principles of: do no harm, cause no loss, keep the peace, be honourable in agreements, and be good stewards of the Earth, aligning with our true natural tendencies as living men and women.
Each of these steps has strengthened our legitimacy, our unity, and our clarity of purpose.
The work before us is to continue growing assembly participation, educating our communities, and preparing to seat the full four-pillar structure of governance. This must be done with patience, integrity, and broad participation.
