International Public Notice and Order: The Cabal or the Cabal

You have all heard this smackeral before, but as a mere introduction for those
who may in years to come chance upon this Public Notice and Order, we
reiterate a brief preamble to the urgent business:
What has masqueraded as our Government since the 1870's is a pair of giant
commercial corporations -- a franchise of the British Crown Corporation
doing business as the United States of America, Incorporated, and a
Municipal Corporation doing business as some form of United States,
Incorporated.
The actual American Government was driven underground for over 160 years
by these subcontractors that the States of the Union hired in good faith to
provide certain strictly enumerated government services.
Over time, the two commercial service providers got cozy, cut deals with
each other, and targeted their hapless employers, so that by the end of World
War II, government operations looked far more like mafia operations than
anything else.
They borrowed their bookkeeping system from Al Capone.
It's only gotten dirtier and more muddled in the years since then.
Abraham Lincoln secretly changed the jurisdiction that our Federal
Government was operating in, to Territorial Jurisdiction. This changed
everything, including the form of Federal Law, but was not visible to the
public. With the stroke of a pen, our military was unlawfully converted into a
private mercenary service with hardly anyone being the wiser.
Then, in 1863, Lincoln bankrupted "the United States of America, Inc."
The day prior to taking this action, Lincoln issued the first ever Executive
Order known as General Order 100 or the Lieber Code, leaving the same
unlawfully converted U.S. Army in charge of the money and the country.
Our country has been illegally occupied by a private mercenary force
controlled by Britain since 1863 and nothing has changed --- yet.
At the current time, Donald J. Trump is acting as Commander-in-Chief of yet
another corporate spin-off calling itself the United States of America ----
LLC. Its former Municipal partner in crime, the UNITED STATES (INC.) is
in the final few days of a complete, involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Now here is what the British Crown Corporation franchise officers in charge
of the United States of America, LLC, are telling everyone:
They are ignoring the World Court and any orders of the World Court. As
proven criminals, they don't agree to be bound by any international effort to
prevent crime. No surprises there.
They are preparing for a genocide of major proportions, which they intend to
blame on the victims --- their own former Municipal employees that they
misdirected to do their Dirty Work are the primary targets, and theoretical
unhinged "Patriots" who they expect to be taking vengeance because of the
Dirty Work --- which was to illegally, unlawfully, and immorally asset-strip
the American people for Britain and Rome.
Here is their own narrative trying to justify what they are planning to start in
September 2026:
In 2017, Donald Trump proclaimed the "return of the government", to the
people of this country from whom it was purloined in the 1860s.
We have an example of this in the "peace on the land" proclamations made
by President Andrew Johnson in the months after Abraham Lincoln's
assassination, however, this "peace" was held only for his personal term in
office.
Such "proclamations" are issued outside the constraints of the Constitutions
and amount to the good word of the executive officer making them; their
repetition in public increases their credibility, but not their binding power,
which remains shackled to his or her personal honor and accountability.
Take it for what it's worth.
This is the same man who pledged no war during his Administration. Take
note of Gaza, Venezuela, and Iran.
On January 11th 2021, General William Walker said, "I do believe I have
enough military from all 50 states for a peaceful transfer to military power."
--- however, mercenary power is what we've been under since 1863, so what
"military" was he talking about?
This is another layer of the fraud onion.
Our State Assembly Militias were unlawfully converted into "State of State"
(Commercial entity) "National Guard" units, and placed under the control of
British Territorial franchise officers calling themselves "Governors".
We have since resurrected our unincorporated State Assembly Militias which
are staffed by properly provenanced state-nationals.
We don't have a dog in the fight and are simply hunkering down in a
defensive position, knowing that our communities can shortly be left with no
police protection or public safety services at all.
All you Americans who have land and houses and businesses at stake must
listen up and lend a hand to our peaceable and well-regulated militias.
Donations are being accepted by the State Militia Commanders and our
Peacekeeping Task Force, which is temporarily also accepting donations on
behalf of the Continental Marshals Service.
We are not a foreign, different, or rebel alternative government. We are the
original government of this country, the actual American Government, that
these other yahoos are supposed to work for and serve "in good faith".
Meanwhile, our erstwhile Federal Services Subcontractors have been trading
off "military" service activities between the Regular Armed Services and the
National Guard ever since the original State Assembly Militias suffered
unlawful conversion.
Proceeding with their narrative, General Walker was most likely referring to
the "Regular Armed Services" as the "enough military" to pull off a transition
between one private corporation's mercenary force to another private
corporation's mercenary force --- neither one of which can properly be called
"military".
None of these forces supported by commercial corporation franchises have a
proper delegation of authority to exist and operate in true military capacity.
So what we have, instead, are two oranges, one of which pretends to be an
apple from time to time.
These commercial mercenary forces role play and use confusing terms of art
and try to brazen out the fact that they have no lawful authority to do any of
the things they are doing now or for 160-plus years in the past.
They are also warning that under Federal Code --- 8 US Code 1481 (a) (2),
anyone who takes an Oath of Office forfeits U.S. Citizenship -- that is,
British Territorial United States Citizenship, as a punishment for expressing
allegiance to a "foreign" government -- that is, the Municipal Corporation
"government" providing all the non-military government services.
This is saying that anyone in the Federal Civil Service or who works for any
Municipal United States corporation and who takes an Oath of Office, is no
longer considered a U.S. Citizen (British Subject) and is presumed to be a
Fourteenth Amendment "citizen of the United States" by virtue of their
employment.
They are attempting to shift accountability from themselves to their own
employees, who they have misdirected to do their dirty work for them.
The British Crown franchises and ultimately the owners of both parent
corporations, hired the Municipal Government employees and franchises
they are now calling treasonous, and please bear in mind that these Pikers
told the Municipal Government employees what to do under color of law and
supported them in doing it.
The British Crown franchises organized the whole Shiteree, they imported
the Internal Revenue Service to illegally tax and harass their own employees,
then the IRS to tax and harass everyone else, including the Municipal
Employees and their Employers, the American people, too.
All under color of law. All under conditions of deceit. They conducted their
mercenary interests as "war" and chronically abused the powers of
government and the facade of military honor to unjustly enrich themselves at
everyone else's expense.
By our count, sixty countries, the same sixty that followed President Trump's
lead in boycotting the International Criminal Court -- which is supposed to be
riding herd on all this -- have been taken over. Their national governments
are either: (1) in hiding; (2) murdered; or (3) on the take.
These brigands have millions of innocent people in their crosshairs.
They are getting ready to scapegoat the very same people they enabled and
misdirected and allowed to operate improperly since 1871.
They are also planning to scapegoat "patriots" and "sovereign citizens" and
continuing to ignore the presence of the actual American population that they
are under contract to protect.
Instead, they propose to ignore us and pretend that we are all nutcases and
enemies giving help and aid to their own ill-fated municipal drudges.
For DJT and "the military" -- mercenary force under his command-- to
pretend that the postal workers were, for example, masterminds of criminal
deceit while working for them --- and they are somehow guiltless, is
ludicrous.
Who was giving the Municipal Government its directions?
Who was allowing them to trespass into the States of the Union and terrorize
Americans for profit?
Who, under color of law, instructed these Municipal Government employees
to enforce illegal taxes? Who set up and foisted off phony mortgages?
Who put land belonging to Americans in any kind of Territorial or Municipal
trust?
Who forced Americans to pay mortgages owed by British Subjects and
Roman Municipal Employees?
Who went around posing as hospital employees and registering American
babies as Brits?
Who also registered the resulting British Subjects as United States
CORPORATION franchises?
The very same corporations, politicians, judges, and yes, military officers
who were receiving a 40% kickback of municipal profits, plus other
"concessions" like the court bonds and "pension benefits".
While all the intelligentsia has decried colonialism for decades, the Stupid
Cows have accepted their tenure and allowed an even worse, more violent
form of colonialism to sprout up like dandelions under their cloven hooves.
The American Raj is guilty of profound breach of trust, duty, and service
contract. So is the German Raj. The French Raj. The British Raj. The
Italian Raj. The Dutch Raj. Dozens of countries have been taken over and
subjected to this same "system" in which commercial corporations have
posed as governments and abused the powers of government to benefit
themselves.
As the Constitutional Convention process and election in Alaska proves
beyond a doubt, the British Crown Territorial franchise operators hired the
Municipal Government operators, purportedly to serve their own personnel;
this enabled the Municipal Government to operate in the States of the Union,
and the Brits then used the Municipal Government workers to do their dirty
work against the American people that they were all supposed to defend and
serve in good faith.
The Territorial State of State Governors like Michael Dunleavy deliberately
turned a blind eye to Municipal Officers who were instructed to illegally
trespass upon Americans and strip them of their assets under color of law.
These public employees were told and taught to misapply statutes and codes
and taxes and mortgages. They were trained to use deceptive language and
foreign, specialized definitions of words to fool the public and entrap the
innocent. They thought they were doing something "legal" and proper the
whole time they were doing it, too.
Imagine their confusion, when their employers, the people who gave them
their jobs and instructions, point the finger at them and accuse them of
treason? And then proceed to haul out the guillotines?
This is what has gone on here and the world needs to know it. It's going on
in an estimated sixty (60) other countries, too. These crimes have impacted
millions of innocent Americans and the mortgage fraud continued to impact
350,000 families in the past year alone.
All this went on under Donald Trump's nose. He knows about the mortgage
industry, the phony public trusts, the definition of "property" and the
registration of American babies as British Subjects.
The root problem, however, is not the military; it's the banks, and general
ignorance about money and finance, even among the top brass of the quasi-
military.
The banks need to be shut down and lawfully converted (nationalized)
immediately, because they are the ones actually sponsoring all this madness.
Defund these criminal activities and the Perps will persist for a time on stored
fat and Black Ops money, but in the end, they will fold their tents and under
the weight of public scrutiny, succumb to Public Law again.
As things stand, absent a direct and universal intervention to nationalize these
banks, the same perpetrators remain poised to begin a bloodbath and
genocide of their Municipal competitors and their preferential creditors, the
American people, beginning in September.
This unnecessary and criminal conflagration will rapidly spread to Europe,
the Middle East, and Africa.
In this country and no doubt many others, "the military" which long ago was
converted into a commercial mercenary service will be presented as the
heroes instead of what they really are, and even those serving in the ranks
will have no idea that they are themselves committing crimes of genocide and
treason.
Just like the ignorant Municipal "citizens of the United States" they are
proposing to slaughter.
The overall injustice and insanity of this is self-evident.
Mr. Trump must be stopped and the actual Perpetrators, including the
Scottish Merchants Club, must be brought to bay. We have seen all the "John
Fitzgeralds" and are well-aware of the history of the Kahloonis and the
profits they made raping India and our country, too.
Please be aware that all of this goes back to Scotland acting as an accomplice
to these crimes. Scotland is the Enabler underlying and underwriting the
entire "Great Britain" scheme. Scotland is at the bottom of the bottom of the
perpetual dogpile, egging Parliament on, and sharing the profits from
corporate profiteering and war for profit.
The foreign commercial corporation doing business as "The United States of
America" --- Incorporated, which was used to impersonate our
unincorporated Federation of States and hijack our credit was registered in
Scotland in 1868.
The sovereign that the Parliament pledged allegiance to was "King Charles of
Scotland" not "King Charles the Third".
The decisions of the should-be-dead-already "British Empire" have been
made in Scotland at gloomy Glamis Castle under the watch of the Witch of
Somerset for longer than living memory allows, and every time we mention
Scotland's role in all of this, we get Freemasons and witch covens stirred up
like bees without a hive, trying to cast spells and bullets and God-only-
knows-what at us, as if we were the problem and they were the Good Guys.
Father have mercy and fight for us according to your word.
Their eternal ploy is to blame their victims, or as in this case, their own
Municipal Government employees, and their own clueless employers: the
very people they have been paid to protect, have been targeted and tagged as
"enemies"--- of corporate profit.
As the Perps point out themselves, the hands of the police forces are tied by
more Federal Code: 18 USC 241 and 242. So they will tell the police forces
that are hired by franchises of their own corporation to take a rest and do
nothing to defend their Municipal brethren, and they will tell the American
public that the Municipal police and courts and Bar Association members
were the Monsters responsible for the evictions and the illegal immigration
and the horrific abuse of children and the illegal taxes and human trafficking
and all the rest of it.
In a twisted way, this is true: they just don't admit that they, the "military" and
DJT and their predecessors for the past 166 years, are the ones who were
instructing the Municipal employees to do all this damage to our country and
our people.
The Banks and the Scottish Merchants Club are placing their bets. Everyone
is aware of what mayhem will ensue if the banks are shut down. Everyone is
aware of the effort made to maintain a bank monopoly so that people have no
honest or trustworthy alternatives.
The driving force behind this remains what it always was in the past:
the actual Debtors aim to get rid of their creditors and their accomplices, who
could otherwise testify against them, in one Grand Deception -- simply by
refusing their accountability for their own employees, and misrepresenting
their creditors as "citizens of the United States".
There is exactly one (1) way to put an end to this Satanic insanity that has
gripped the whole world for the past 300 years, without another vastly
destructive genocidal bloodbath -- and that is simply what we have instructed
our employees to do: nationalize the banks. All of them.
Just as a stroke of a pen dumped us into this lawless miasma of crime and
deceit, a stroke of a pen can deliver us and return these corporations back to
the land jurisdiction and place them under Land Law where they have always
belonged.
This would solve the actual problems for everyone, except England.
Oliver Cromwell botched the opportunity to leave England with a safe and
steady land jurisdiction government and left the land vacant instead. Three
hundred years later, and nothing has changed. Charles III has no more land
jurisdiction than Charles II, because that office of the King was destroyed
forever and no other government has been formed by the English People to
repopulate that portion of their natural national sovereignty.
By deceit and guile and impersonation they have contrived to make a legless
idol look like a Title Round Boxer in his prime, but the game is over now.
The Big Secret is in the Public now. And the Perps responsible think: well, if
we can't own and control everything, we'll destroy it instead.
Which is precisely what mandates their own destruction.
If they would simply think about things from a different perspective, they
could imagine a world of abundance for everyone and themselves being safe
and respected parts of this joyful reunion of mankind.
All the Englishmen and Englishwomen -- those who are left after three
centuries of war-for-profit, could peacefully assemble in their customary
counties and vote to provide themselves with a lawful new government for
the land and soil of England. They could populate it themselves, and
determine what role, if any, they want the Windsor heirs to have on the land
and soil.
Nationalize the banks. Bring forward the vast credits owed to every nation.
Wipe out the so-called "National Debts" and do it now. Either that or face the
fact that your criminality is known before the genocide even happens, and
you will not escape or profit yourselves one iota in the end.
This demand to nationalize all the banks, bring forward the credits owed to
each nation, and wipe out any "National Debts", is a firm and urgent Order
issued in my capacity as the Fiduciary of The United States of America,
Unincorporated, which is the priority preferential creditor of every
incorporated entity on Earth.
