Strategy Task Force

Mission:  To create and execute a focused strategy that will achieve the peaceful transference of governing authority from the de facto system to the Terra Australis National (international jurisdiction) Assembly.

Structure:  Small Working Group (6–10) engaging all Assembly Coordinators and Action Groups.

Step 1: Clearly Define the End State

  • Full public recognition of Terra Australis National Assembly as the lawful government.
  • Peaceful capitulation of authority by the corporate system.
  • Implementation of our "Transference of Government Requirements" – the one-fell-swoop list of reforms and remedies.

Step 2: Document the Current State

  • Map the control structure of the de facto system.
  • Identify key departments, decision-makers, subcontractors, officers and men.
  • Clarify current Assembly capabilities and gaps.

Step 3: Develop the Strategic Plan

  • Adapt and localise the American model for Terra Australis.
  • Identify leverage points, timing, and steps to achieve peaceful shift of authority.
  • Outreach programs.
  • Face-to-face meetings and hand shakes with de facto.
  • Define roles for supporting Action Groups.
  • Prepare for likely responses and ensure readiness.

Step 4: Implement & Manage the Plan

  • Coordinate across Action Groups, Coordinators, PKTF, etc.
  • Begin lawful public engagement and formal notice processes.
  • Monitor, adjust, and refine until the mission is complete.

Military Precision / Peaceful Action / Clear Results

Volunteers with skills in planning, research, communications, and coordination are invited to express interest. Strategic thinkers and clear communicators needed.
