Terra Australis States Assembly
Terra Australis States Assembly (TASA) is an unincorporated, non-registered, unlicensed, non-approved non-authorised group of men and women forging a path to a free and better world.
A small group of Terra Australis state Nationals have acted upon their “Public Duty upon the dissolution of the British Commonwealth” and with the guidance of Justice Anna, have developed a simple Declaration of Political Status, along with Anna’s 928 Package adapted for Terra Australis.
Reconveying/Conveying records Living Soul Authors/Authority (LSA) as a natural-born Terra Australis State National, owed all right, title and interest in their State, and in Terra Australis as a geographically defined landmass and as an independent and sovereign nation. TASA called each State into session, announced on 12 January 2024 on every state, and having been peacefully assembled since, are actively working to stand (y)our four assembly pillars.
One by one we return home to the land and soil jurisdiction, populate the assemblies and a free Terra Australis will emerge, by the people, for the people.
TASA is effectively a service provider to the assemblies.
Enabling Body
The Last Man Standing Doctrine states that if just one man remains, owed a debt or guarantee, they are still entitled to it.
The founders of TASA acting on their knowledge, gained after more than a decade of detailed research, accepted their duty under the 'last man standing doctrine' and secured the land mass of Terra Australis, putting a foot in the door as it closed, in behalf of the people.
They then called the assemblies into session on 12 January 2024 by placing public notices in newspapers in each State of 'Australia', allowing the people to begin the process of building their lawful, peaceful assemblies.
Document Templates
Every word and phrase on the reconveyance/conveyance document templates are researched and carefully chosen. The documents are regularly reviewed and updated as new information is received, and the templates are gifted to the people of Terra Australis by TASA.
All the templates are available for free on the TASA website
(asking a twelve dollar annual gift to help cover website costs) 🙏
Infrastructure
TASA provides an array of tools to (y)our assemblies, primarily free of charge. These are gifted wherever possible on the basis that unless we are all free, none of us is truly free - this is genuinely a heart centred initiative.
Website Development, Maintenance and Hosting
TASA currently gifts the following websites to the assembly communities:
- terraaustralisstatesassembly.com/
- terraaustralisstatesassembly.net/ (one for every local and national assembly)
- tapktf.net/
- theterraaustralisan.net/
The Terra Australisan
National community paper
This national community paper is produced and substantially funded by TASA as a tool for outreach, and a platform for low cost public notices for the community.
PET Initiative
TASA facilitated Anna's approval, printing, fund raising and printing of the book 'You Know Something is Wrong When..." to allow the assemblies to create and fulfil the Public Education Tour - an initiative to provide education materials and support to the policy enforcers (men and women working for police, councils etc).
Training Materials
Verification
The assemblies are the governing body of your locality, and as such, required to be properly structured, peaceful and functioning.
To achieve this, it is a requirement that all assembly pillars are audited and approved to proceed to elections - both for the proper functioning of the assembly and for the protection of the greater assembly initiative.
On advice from the Peace Keeping Task Force (PKTF), TASA will give the formal go-ahead to each assembly prior to proceeding to election.
Credential Cards
To be eligible, and receive the TASA Credential Card you are required to upload the following information/documents/images:

Core Beliefs
Our core beliefs could be described like this:
1️⃣ You cannot lift the usufruct bucket while standing in it. While you may ‘win’ the occasional court case or charge using the systems own rules – like statutes or Common Law – we maintain that the only way to put an end to the tyranny and free everyone is through Lawful assemblies. TASA offers a comprehensive set of paperwork to help you cancel all unconscionable contracts, claim your vessels and put yourself back onto the land – this is step one of the TASA journey.
2️⃣ You must learn to self-govern. We have been trained to react and behave in ways that keep us small – freedom comes only after we break those paradigms, straighten our backs and square our shoulders – then speak and live only truth.
3️⃣ Assemble peacefully to govern your communities. Assembly-based self-governance is true governance by the people, for the people. It is how the people express their collective will, how their will is implemented, how we uphold and administer the Law, and how we protect the people and defend our Natural Rights. There is no other way to set all people free.
We have big goals – to free every man, woman, boy and girl on Earth, and to steward the Earth for our use now and for the benefit of the generations to come.
Achieving this goal requires local action; home by home, community by community, we are doing this.
What we are doing
✅ We Are Building a Lawful Country
Instead of fighting the old world, we are assembling the new. We recognise that governance belongs to the people – not corrupted corporations.
✅ We Operate Under Lawful Principles
We are creating true self-governance through lawful, peaceful assemblies that enable the collective will of the people to be expressed and implemented.
✅ We Are Assembling, Not Just Discussing
We do not waste time in online debates or theories. We are physically forming Assemblies, that will exercise real authority.
✅ We Build Systems of Self-Sufficiency
Governance is more than words—it requires food, energy, trade, and defence. We need to ensure the continuation of services as we build real-world solutions that allow communities to step away from corporate control.
✅ We Do Not Seek Permission—We Stand in Our Authority
We do not ask the system to recognise us. We declare it. We affirm it. We live it.
We know what needs to be done, and we are doing it.
About Local Area Assemblies
The Four Pillars
The model for assemblies has four pillars that ensure proper functioning and organisation.
🔑 These pillars are essential for the State and Local Assemblies to operate effectively.
- The four pillars work together to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the assemblies. 🤝
- Each Assembly is responsible for itself and must find resources to set up its assembly and make it functional. 📈
- The National Assembly operates on the international jurisdictions of Land, Air and Sea and is tasked with managing and negotiation of contracts with our corporate service providers, and treaties etc with other nations.
- The Local Assemblies operate on the National Soil jurisdiction, addressing issues that impact the people and their assets.
The four pillars provide a framework for the Assemblies to operate effectively, conduct local, national and international business, and ensure safety within their boundaries.
The Local General Assembly
This is where we express the collective will of the people , enabling governance by the people, for the people.
All the people of the locality make up the General Assembly, though participation is voluntary and some will decide not to take an active role.
The community ought to come together at least once per month to discuss and make decisions about matters affecting their locality.
The General Assembly is what is referred to as ad-hoc, meaning the Offices only exist while the assembly is in session. As such, there are only two Elected Offices to the General Assembly – the Speaker and the Secretary. There are, however, many active Action Groups working on different initiatives and actions all the time.
If it happens in your community and it effects public property, public assets, public resources or public infrastructure, then it is public business and falls under the purview of the Local General Assembly. This includes anything the ‘Government’ claims it owns, and any public assets that might have been sold or privatised on paper. And by General Assembly, we mean you.
If someone from your community wants something done, or something to stop being done with public assets or by the corporate service providers, they must present their proposal (with research, evidence, costing, community support etc) to the General Assembly meeting. The best way to get support for your ideas is to form an Action Group and get others in the community to help and support your initiative.
The plans and proposals created by the Action Groups are presented to the General Assembly. Depending on the powers delegated by the people to the meeting, decisions on the plans and proposals presented may be made by a show of hands on the day, or the decision may be put to an election by the broader community.
All the people in the locality are, by default, part of the General Assembly - they just need to actively take part in the decision making process.

The Governance Assembly
The elected Offices - responsible to enact the people's collective will, as expressed by the General Assembly - are attached to the Governance Assembly.
This is the arm of our governance structure tasked with implementing the decisions of the General Assembly. The Office's have authority to act (within the bounds of their Office Charter) by virtue of the fact they are elected to Office by the (status corrected) people.
Regardless of the initiative they are to implement, whether it be to build a new bridge, repair a public rest room, or stop injecting harmful substances into newborns, the initiatives are the Law for that locality by virtue of the fact they were elected to be done by the express collective will of the people.
There is no higher authority in that locality, so long as they do no harm.

Guardianage Assembly Training & Support:
PKTF Liaison Officers act as links between local communities and the Guardianage Assembly. Their primary responsibility is to raise awareness of the comprehensive services, training, and support provided by the PKTF, ensuring that local Guardianage Assemblies are fully equipped to benefit from and implement these essential resources. Through active engagement and outreach, PKTF officers foster connections that strengthen local readiness and resilience.
Lawful Peacekeeping and Security:
PKTF Liaison Officers work with their Guardianage and local Jural Assembly Peace Keepers, fostering mutual respect and collaboration between the PKTF, the Guardianage Assembly and the other emergency response service organisations. A central focus of PKTF’s duties is on maintaining peace, order, and security within local assemblies. Officers work closely with local authorities and community leaders to enforce lawful peacekeeping measures, ensuring that all operations are carried out in a non-violent, diplomatic manner. Officers are to ensure that constant liaison is done with local authorities to give them peace of mind that we are not a belligerent group who mean harm.
Liaison and Collaboration:
PKTF Liaison Officers serve as key liaisons, actively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including community members, local leaders, and law enforcement. Their role is to facilitate open, respectful communication, ensuring that interactions between all parties are conducted in a peaceful and cooperative manner. The primary objective is to foster a collaborative environment where issues are addressed and resolved through mutual respect, understanding, and shared responsibility, thereby promoting harmony and community well-being.
Emergency and Disaster Relief:
PKTF ensures that Assemblies are well-prepared with the necessary skills, equipment, and resources to manage emergency operations, disaster relief, and community defence. All activities are conducted lawfully and with the highest integrity, focusing on minimising harm, and protecting life and property. PKTF officers are equipped to assist any Assembly during emergencies, whether responding to a direct request for help or proactively offering support when needed, ensuring timely and coordinated disaster response.
Monitoring Guardianage Assembly Performance:
As a third-party service provider directly involved in training and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Guardianage Assembly, PKTF plays an important role in reporting and certifying the Assembly's performance and adherence to lawful intent. Officers ensure ongoing communication with local authorities, providing reassurance that Guardianage Assemblies are non-belligerent, operating within lawful, peaceful guidelines. This active engagement fosters trust between Assemblies and community stakeholders, promoting transparency and accountability in all operations.

Jurisdictions
The Three General Jurisdictions, plus one...
This entire bureaucracy and all the land claims established under it began in 1302. It divided the Earth into two spheres (Hemispheres) and three international jurisdictions: Land, Air, and Water (LAW) overseen by Kings, Emperors, and Monarchs. Man's law.
The world operates across these three broad jurisdictions, each with its distinct rules, instruments, and scope of influence. It is possible that when originally invented their purpose was honourable, but I’m sure anyone reading this knows they have all been subverted to the purpose of enslaving man and enriching the ruling class.
Soil
Soil
Soil is the jurisdiction of life - where men and women do business and interact with men and women - where "my word is my bond" actually means something and agreements are sealed with a hand shake.
The Law of the Soil jurisdiction is custom and community expectations - where we love and assist our neighbours and actively engage in building strong communities.
Law is unwritten, and in fact writing doesn't really exist here, but it is the highest jurisdiction of Law and of law.
This is the jurisdiction of the Local Area Assemblies.
Land
Land
International Land Law covers all the land (even that under the ocean), which is why it includes the Law of Nations. Law of the Soil covers the top 6 inches of topsoil in each country, and is the common law of Living Men & Women. Land and Soil is about Unincorporated business and trade, good faith agreements and treaties between honourable men and women, and accountable Governments.
Lawful persons operate on the land and soil, and their names are written in English – John Adam Doe; John Adam; John Doe; Doe, John-Adam or by: John Adam of the family Doe
Water
Water
Water (or Sea) jurisdiction is divided into Maritime Law ( Commercial Contracts) and Admiralty Law (Military).
“The realm of the sea is inhabited by Legal Fiction Persons, dead wraiths representing offices, incorporated businesses, and THINGS which may be little more than a label or description or title or thought-form --- or even a number on a dog tag.”
“Alarm Given – Trespass with the General Jurisdictions”, Anna Von Reitz
Military titles such as Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms, Dr, etc are all used to denote that legal fiction persons exist in the world of the dead. Names are written in Proper Case, Mr John Doe, Mr John A. Doe, Ms Mary Jane Doe.
Air
Air
“Ecclesiastical Law deals with the administration of the Church as an institution with respect to the rest of the world and especially those matters that the Church is responsible for as a result of its own activities such as the creation of Monarchies, and standards of time, weights, and measures, postal service, intellectual property management and ownership issues related to the establishment of names, genealogies, and other vital records, copyrights, trademarks, patents, and charters of incorporated entities as well as the definition and discipline of corporations themselves.”
“Alarm Given – Trespass with the General Jurisdictions”, Anna Von Reitz
Statutory Trusts, Co-Operatives, Foundations, LLC’s, (Limited Liability Company) Corporations (Big Pharma, Big Ag, Police, Insurance), Municipalities (towns or districts)
(Incorporated Entities aka) Strawman Names designated to Air Jurisdiction are written in Upper Case – JOHN ADAM DOE, JOHN A. DOE, JOHN DOE
Who is Anna?
Anna Von Reitz
Anna Von Reitz is a pen name of Anna Maria Riezinger
Fiduciary for The United States of America (Unincorporated)
Researcher • Historian • Justice • Advocate for Lawful Self-Governance
Anna Von Reitz is the duly established Fiduciary for The United States of America, Unincorporated — the original Federation of States formed in 1776. Her role is unique, preeminent, and custodial: she holds and secures the public and private assets of the American people, placing lawful claims on their behalf and guiding the restoration of lawful self-governance.
A respected researcher, historian, and Justice, Anna has devoted decades to uncovering and exposing the systemic fraud perpetuated through corporate government structures worldwide. She has taken lawful and internationally recognised steps to reclaim the land, credit, and estates of the American people—filing timely and foundational legal instruments including UCC claims, blood-seal records, and an Irrevocable Will, which redirects claimed assets to their true beneficiaries: the people and their organic States.
Acting as Holder in Due Course, Priority Preferential Creditor, and Underwriter of Public Trust Assets, Anna has secured trillions in misappropriated property and financial claims—on behalf of the people—while working tirelessly to hold both foreign principals and domestic actors accountable under Public and Organic Law.
In 2007, recognising that the breach of trust reached the highest echelons of global control, Anna took her findings directly to Pope Benedict XVI, initiating a seven-year international Notice and Due Process campaign. That process culminated in a Final Judgement issued in 2014, marking a turning point in the global awakening to the criminal misadministration of civil and territorial governments.
Anna’s published works, including Disclosure 101, and over 5,000 articles provide critical insight, education, and lawful remedies for individuals seeking to reclaim their sovereignty and estate. Through her uncompromising fidelity to truth, she has inspired Assemblies around the world to rise, organise, and lawfully stand.
She is, in her own words, “Your Anchor Baby” — the first to reclaim her ESTATE from the final bankruptcy of the United States of America, Inc., securing the path for all Americans to do the same.
Anna continues her work from her home in Alaska, fulfilling the duties of a true Fiduciary: protecting, preserving, and returning what is lawfully owed to the living men and women of the land.
What is GFG
In relation to TASA and the assemblies, the Global Family Group (GFG) is engaged as our International Land Recording Office, however they will also provide banking services in the Land jurisdiction. Once operational we will no longer be reliant on the commercial banking sector.
