TASA summary of Anna’s article

Anna reports progress on Assembly voting for proposed Public Laws and explains the work still needed to bring the text, amendments and enabling actions to final approval. At the time of writing, she hopes to complete that process by Christmas. She also asks General Assemblies to consider supporting Federation-level courts. The update gives readers a picture of the next decisions and practical steps within the Assembly programme she describes.

Key points

  • Initial balloting is followed by approval of the final text and adoption arrangements.
  • Anna's stated aim is completion by Christmas, subject to the remaining process.
  • She proposes further Assembly consideration of Federation-level courts.

Prepared by TASA from the research, conclusions and reflections Anna presents in her article. Her original wording follows below.

The initial balloting shows broad spectrum support for the new proposed Public Laws.  Final balloting will include the enabling clause and action, the edits and additions brought forward by the Assemblies in process, and final approval for each new Public Law.

None of the Amendments were anything substantially changing the initial ballot measures or anything controversial, so we expect the final enrollment process to pass and for these new Public Laws to be in effect by Christmas.

I look at this as the best Christmas present ever.

Along with the Public Law Final Ballot and Adoption/Enrollment Action for each new Public Law, we will be asking each General Assembly to vote their support for the establishment of a new Federation-level Court to fill the gap left when the Federal Republic ceased to function and the Article III courts that the Federal Republic was supposed to provide became unavailable.

This lack has meant that millions of Americans have had nowhere to go to effectively sue the Federal Government corporations and their franchise operations at the State and County levels.

The only Federal Court left operating in this specific venue and sea jurisdiction was the Federal Claims Court that was set up by the British Territorial "United States" to hear claims brought by Native tribes and territorial persons.

As our Federation of States was the direct delegator of all delegated powers, including the right and responsibility to operate what has been termed "Article III courts", the right and responsibility to provide these courts rolls back to the Federation by Operation of Law.

We don't really need specific direct approval by the States to establish these Federation Courts, but we would like each General Assembly to be made aware of these issues and actions and encourage their support, as part of a necessary effort to restore our court system.

Just as international land jurisdiction law enforcement was vacated when the Federal Marshals program was defunded, the jurisdiction of the Article III courts was made unavailable, too.  The opening of Federation Courts to replace the lost function of the Article III Courts will work in tandem with the Continental Marshals Service.
