Purpose & Outcome Statement
Purpose:
The Land Working Group is tasked with researching and evaluating various land and property ownership models to determine a lawful, fair, and balanced approach for Terra Australis.

Grounded in Natural Law and the principles of self-governance, this group will explore historical precedents, Indigenous stewardship, private and communal tenure systems, and other frameworks that uphold the rights of the people while ensuring responsible land use and resource management.

Outcome:
The group will develop a proposed property ownership model based on thorough research, consultation, and debate. This model will be refined and presented to all the people for election, ensuring a transparent and just system that balances private property rights, communal interests, and the protection of public lands and natural resources for future generations.
