How We Reconvey/Convey?
Once ye join Terra Australis States Assembly documents to reconvey (Aussie Born) or convey (non Aussie Born) back to the Land and Soil Jurisdiction will be visible to ye to download and fill in thyselves. Alternatively, the TASA website can select the documents ye require for ye to download and amend with thy details or the TASA Team can create thy documents for ye and send anywhere on Terra Australis.
As with every document ye put thy name and signature/autograph on, please read it carefully, comprehend it, innerstand it (to understand means to stand under another authority), populate it with thy details and re read it, sleep on it and then when ye are ready, get them notarised, with the certified copies to be put into a registered post envelope, and sent off to respondents, keeping original documents to send to thyself. This is the registered envelope number that records the paperwork, the ones ye send to everyone are part of Noticing them, not the actual Recording.

The onus is on every single one of us to learn and comprehend the fraud that has been perpetrated against ‘we the People’, and why Judge Anna’s 928 package is so powerful to extract ourselves from the fraud. The occupying corporate government’s citizenship, has us lost in a sea of contracts with no rights. Self Governance does not come natural to a great deal of people, but setting aside 1 hour a day to research and focus on a particular topic, so that the process is easier to digest, because knowing this ‘stuff’ takes fortitude to learn and courage to find a new way….being self governed means we write lots of letters and step into the truth of being a living man or woman on the Land and Soil of Terra Australis.

The Reconveyance/Conveyance Process
Declare. Record. Publish. Repeat.
The process is the same: Declare. Record. Publish. Repeat, until ye and all thy stuff is returned to the land and soil.
Declare – Notarising or Two Living Witnesses (TLW) of the documents we are declaring our Political Status for ourselves, we do not ask the system to do anything for us, just correct their records of this correction. Step 1 is create the documents and get the documents notarised/witnessed.
Record – Sending that 1st envelope to thyself, with all the original notarised documents inside, turning the RPP number on that envelope which matches the number on each page, bottom right, of every document, into thy Public Record Number. The day ye receive this envelope back being thy proclamation date. The date ye can proclaim ye returned to the land and soil. At this point ye the living man is reconveyed, so the rest of the process now is about letting everyone know ye have corrected thy status and for them to correct their records.
The living man requires his standing on the land and soil first, before he has any capacity to bring any of his ‘stuff’ home too. Also each offspring and property require their own A4 envelopes to establish their own Public Recording Number (PRN) and Proclamation Date (PD). For example, if ye have more than one property each property gets their own envelope, the RPP number becoming the PRN and date received back after posting (recording) to self, the PD of that son or daughter, property, gun license, marriage, etc. return to the Land and soil always after ye. The living man’s PRN and PD cannot be the same as his offspring, property, marriage, etc.
Publish – Now ye are back on the land and soil, ye tell the world who ye are and instruct them to correct their records. Sending the Respondents an A4 envelope with certified copies of thy documents, 30 days later sending them a DL envelope with a Tacit Agreement, publishing 3 x Notices in thy local area, one a month for three months and finally uploading thy documents to Global Family Group (GFG) International Land Recording and Publishing Service (ILRPS) to open thy Prosperity Account.

Why convey / Reconvey
Why we Reconvey/Convey?
The purpose of the Reconveyance is to bring thy “Person” back to the land and soil jurisdiction, because thy Territorial Employees have removed ye from thy natural position and standing on the land and soil of this country by registering ye as a Ward of their State of State organization.
If ye have a Birth Certificate that document places ye at sea, not on the land.
Thy Good Name has been latched upon and shanghaied, so yes, it is necessary for ye to take action to reconvey it back to the Land and Soil of thy State.
The Reconveyance repatriates ye to thy original political status and standing.
Specifically, the Expatriation and Act of State paperwork is to reflag and re-domicile the foreign PERSONS/Persons that have been created and named after ye. That language is all precise and precisely what it needs to be to remove these PERSONS/Persons from their native foreign jurisdiction and place them under the Public Law of the States.
These documents have nothing whatsoever to do with ye— the living man or woman — they are entirely about fictional entities that have been created and operating “in thy name” by foreign governments. So stop thinking that ye are Expatriating yourself — ye are Expatriating these foreign entities —THEM/Them — from their foreign status, so that they have to be administered under our Public Law.
Similarly, the Certificate of Assumed NAME(S)/Names has to do with our government allowing those Expatriated PERSONS/Persons that have been named after ye to do business in this country, and establishes the fact that ye own those Names/NAMES and that ye — not a State of State Black Robe — are the one in control of them.
Everything that has been developed has been thoroughly tested for correctness and lawful effect.
The only time that this paperwork “fails” is when the Judge isn’t convinced that ye are who ye are and that ye know thy butts from buttercups. This is a matter of educating the courts but first educating yourselves so that ye are no longer being trespassed upon by thy own employees.
Ye don’t know what ye don’t know. Do this process once. Do it correctly, using the verbiage given. Don’t add to it. Don’t detract from it. Just play it straight and stay in thy lane. It’s the only safe way for ye and thy Assemblies to gain and keep thy standing.
An Assembly is a place of refuge for Terra Aussies — a place to take shelter from the horrendous mercenary “war” that has been raging on our shores for decades. It is a place where Aussies can get organised and prepared to exert the political, economic and lawful effort required to put an end to the shameless pillaging and plundering and bring peace to our shores.
Jurisdictions
LAND & SOIL
International Land Law covers all the land (even that under the ocean), which is why it includes the Law of Nations. Law of the Soil covers the top 6 inches of topsoil in each country, and is the common law of Living Men & Women. Land and Soil is about Unincorporated business and trade, good faith agreements and treaties between honourable men and women, and accountable Governments.
Lawful persons operate on the land and soil, and their names are written in English – John Adam Doe; John Adam; John Doe; Doe, John-Adam or by: John Adam of the family Doe

About TASA
A small group of Terra Australis state Nationals have acted upon their “Public Duty upon the dissolution of the British Commonwealth” and with the guidance of Justice Anna, have developed a simple Declaration of Political Status, along with Anna’s 928 Package adapted for Terra Australis.
Reconveying/Conveying records Living Soul Authors/Authority (LSA) as a natural-born Terra Australis State National, owed all right, title and interest in their State, and in Terra Australis as a geographically defined landmass and as an independent and sovereign nation. TASA called each State into session, announced on Jan 12th 2024 on every state and we are actively standing each State Assembly’s 4 pillars and we need thy help to populate the free Peoples, Terra Australis States Assembly.
It may seem like an “impossible” task and an improbable one as well, but the fact is that it only takes two such Terra Australis Nationals from each State to form, and then 12 to create an Assembly, and once the various Assemblies begin to get set up, it becomes easier and easier to communicate with each other and conduct Roll Call Votes and start the process of self-governance. So for now you don’t have to have a Continental Congress, but ultimately, you will all get together and hammer out a Peoples Declaration of Terra Australis Independence. That will be followed by some kind of Federation of Terra Australis Assembly allowing you to act together as a whole country.”
This is the plan. One by one we return home to the land and soil jurisdiction, populate the assemblies and a free People’s Terra Australis will emerge. They have had their go, it’s time we had ours, ‘fair suck of the sav’!
Let us, we the People, focus on building a new free ‘Terra Australis’ as reconveyed/conveyed Terra Australis state Nationals so we leave something we can be proud of, to our sons and daughters.
The 4 Pillars
The Four Pillars are:
- The General Assembly;
- The International Business Assembly;
- The Regional Courts;
- The Regional Assembly Guardianage
First, you have to correct your own public records and reclaim your birthright political status as a Terra Australis State National. Otherwise, you will be counted as a foreign “Dual Citizen” ie. both a British Territorial Subject and a Municipal Subject of Rome, and have no standing.
Second, you need to join your Regional Assembly and get it organised. As you come together with other people who are declared as State Nationals of your State of the Federation, you achieve General Assembly status. Then, out of the General Assembly membership, you form three smaller groups that perform special functions: the Jural Assembly that runs the Regional Courts, the Regional Assembly Guardianage, and the International Business Assembly.
Third, you begin operating your Region, providing services and access to the Regional Government for the people living in your Region, and participating as one of the member Regions of the Federation. And that’s it. This is what self-governance requires.
The Pillars are four different functions that each State Assembly has to provide for the people of their State.
