Just in relation to your complaint, we did end up charging the male involved Samuel Brown. Can you call me back on\u2026..\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Despite the bailiff\u2019s claim that the family would be evicted by August 27, 2025, the Braxton family remains lawfully in possession of their home today, protected by unbroken indefeasibility of title under the Torrens system.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Former Senator Rod Culleton said this police action confirmed that the event was not a lawful civil enforcement but a criminal assault committed under colour of authority, exposing how financial institutions and their lawyers have drawn police into unlawful property seizures.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat second charge of wilful damage carries symbolic weight \u2014 it underscores how officers and agents acting as \u201cToe Cutters\u201d under orders that do not bind the land are not merely breaching process, but are causing real-world damage and fraud on title,\u201d Mr Culleton said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fact that Queensland Police have now acted against a Court-appointed Bailiff sends a clear message.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPolice are beginning to realise they\u2019ve been misled into enforcing civil claims that have no lawful foundation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Across Australia, police are increasingly discovering they\u2019ve been manipulated into civil matters driven by lawyer-drafted documents masquerading as court orders.<\/p>\n<p>These actions often proceed without judicial authority or registered enforcement warrants, and when police attend \u201cto keep the peace,\u201d they are, in fact, trespassing on land still owned by the registered proprietor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPolice must understand \u2014 civil enforcement is not a police function,\u201d said Culleton. \u201cWhere no lawful change in ownership exists, the owner\u2019s right to quiet enjoyment is absolute.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Digital fraud behind Australia\u2019s land title systems<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Braxton case has also again reignited national concerns about eConveyancing, the fully digital property-transfer system that has replaced traditional Torrens Title registration with automated software processes controlled by private operators like PEXA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rural Action Movement (RAM) highly supports the Carolyn\u2019s Amnesty Law 2025, that electronic lodgement has stripped away human oversight, allowing fraudulent transfers to slip through undetected \u2014 a scandal increasingly dubbed \u201cRobodebt 2.0 for property.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust as Robodebt automated injustice, eConveyancing automates property theft,\u201d said a RAM spokesman.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRAM alleges in most cases, that banks are lodging false \u2018Mortgagee in possession\u2019 undetected transfers without lawful warrants, and the system lets them through \u2014 no human checks, no accountability.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Registrars of Titles across Australia have admitted that fraud detection powers are inadequate, with the Registrars Council recently calling for enhanced enforcement authority and an ACCC investigation into PEXA\u2019s monopoly control.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Despite public assurances by NSW Registrar-General Danusia Cameron on 18 September 2025 that \u201cinbuilt protections\u201d prevent fraud, the Sydney Morning Herald revealed only a week later that police had uncovered a Sydney crime syndicate laundering property through fraudulent loans \u2014 proof that the so-called protections are failing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Proposed (Carolyn\u2019s Amnesty Law) Bill 2025<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The (Carolyn\u2019s Amnesty Law) Bill 2025, introduced by Carolyn Thomson, who lost her property by fraud on title, and supported by former Senator Culleton and RAM, seeks to restore lawful title where fraud or error has tainted ownership.<\/p>\n<p>The Bill proposes an independent audit of all digital title transfers and a moratorium on enforcement actions until fraudulent instruments are identified and corrected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a turning point. Police are waking up, Title Registrars are listening, and the public is demanding accountability.
