Return to the Land and Soil Jurisdiction of Terra Australis

Vision Statement

Self-Governed Abundant - Far North Coast - New South Wales - The Tweed  Assembly

We honour and celebrate our abundant Earth, harnessing our collective lawful authority as one united people.

Our Assembly-Based Self-Governance model invites everyone to participate in shaping and implementing all the decisions that effect their local community.
Together, we manage our assets, resources, infrastructure, and the natural environment—not only for our benefit today but also as the mentors for the generations to come.

Our vision is one of peace

We stand united, ensuring every man and woman is free to live in safe pursuit of their dreams.

Our Guiding Principles

Authority for all decisions rests with our community, rather than being imposed by a larger or more distant body.

  • Community well-being: All decisions promote safe, inclusive, and thriving neighbourhoods, enhancing the quality of life of men and women, their offspring, and families. Decisions support growth in knowledge, health and happiness, aligned with a well-rounded, educated, prosperous and thriving community.
  • All decisions reflect a commitment to addressing the root causes of issues—such as distress, crime, and health—by seeking solutions at their source rather than merely responding to symptoms.
  • Remaining Free: With freedom comes responsibility. Every man and woman has a duty to engage actively in and with the militia of their community to protect their freedoms, uphold natural law, and protect their neighbours. We do not abdicate this responsibility ensuring that we work towards a vibrant, happy and free community.

We do no harm, cause no loss, keep the peace, and remain honourable in all our agreements.
We are accountable for the outcomes of our actions.
