Back in 2022, around the time I reconveyed, I was reading Redemption Manual 4.5 edition - From Government-Imposed Ignorance To Enlightenment as a Secured Party Creditor, when I lodged the above details and received a receipt from the Washington State Department of Licensing for UCC1 Receipt of Initial Financing Statement. I paid a Fee Amount ($US) $23.00. I filed it away and didn’t use it or think about it.
After I was unlawfully removed from my property on 3rd July 2025, I was blessed to lay my hands on and save the majority of my lawful paperwork.
Today I have dug out the above UCC filing that I did on the 12/11/2022 2:55:00 PM - File number 2022-345-2457-8 Secured Party Felicia Gunhild Engstrom Tweed Heads West, [2485], which I will be sending to Westpac Banking Corporation to again claim my exemption and discharge any debt.
I will also be re-sending my Living Testimony in the Form of an Affidavit with Notice dated 23rd March 2023 sent to:

I will also be re-sending the copy of the PUBLIC NOTICE - WESTPAC MORTGAGE SECURITISATION DISCLOSURE on Westpac letterhead.
The full Public Notice reads as follows:
“In the interest of public awareness and to ensure that Mortgage Holders with Westpac are given full disclosure of the details of their loans, please be advised of the following announcement:
Westpac Banking Corporation in association with JP Morgan (Australia) Limited, Perpetual Trustees, Waratah Receivables Corporation and Westpac Securitisation Management Pty Limited have been involved with a number of Residential Mortgage Securitisation programs including:
Series 2002-1G WST Trust
Series 2007 - 1G WST Trust
Progress 2010-1 Trust (AMP Bank)
REDS Trust Series 2010-1 (Bank of Queensland)
Torrens Series 2010-1 (Bendigo and Adelaide Bank)
Each of the Trusts are comprised of a pool of Residential Mortgages that Westpac originates and sells to a Trustee such as JP Morgan Trust Australia Limited, Perpetual Trustees Limited or Waratah Receivables Corporation.
In each instance, the Trust gains equitable title to the Residential Mortgages as a result of the assignment.
The Mortgages are then pooled into Tranches, within what are termed “SPV’s” or Special Service Vehicles and then Notes or Commercial Paper are offered to investors on the Secondary Market backed by these securities.
You will have not received notice of the sale or assignment of your Mortgage, as that could create a Title Perfection Event and collapse the Trust.
To prevent this, the Trusts have hired Westpac as the Service of the Loans, under a pooling and Servicing Agreement so that we may continue collecting mortgage repayments and interest from you, to pass onto them.
In that way, you will not realise that there is any material change.
We have ensured that at branch level, our staff will not be aware of any assignment of your Mortgage, and as such will not be able to offer any assistance in the matter.

There it is! The fraud in your face.
That is why the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, along with the staff at Westpac/St. George Branch, Minjungbal Drive, Tweed Heads South, are clueless and kept in the dark and why they are unable to assist I in any queries regarding mortgages. The other part of the fraud relates to the province of South Australia (it is my opinion that it is still part of the Roman Curia) with regards to:

When I bring up the address on maps, 9 Laffer Drive BEDFORD PARK is Westpac. In maps you are unable to fully view the building, it doesn’t allow you access any further than the entrance. Why is it hidden?
To date, the Attorney-General’s and Solicitor-General’s NSW and the Commonwealth, Chief Financial Officer St. George Bank (Westpac Banking Corporation trades as St. George Bank as per the Dun and Bradstreet listing) and Key Principals Westpac Banking Corporation Sydney and New York, and other government entities and persons have not responded.
Pip Nagam, Special Counsel TG Legal + Technology for Westpac Banking Corporation in Sydney did respond that the redemption bond was not valid as “payment” to discharge the mortgage via email and then I was blocked by TG Legal + Technology. Poor form indeed! I am blocked on all Westpac and St. George email addresses as well.
After being blocked, I sent Pip Nagam correspondence via “person to person” registered mail with proof of the fraud and instructions on using the redemption bond. More commercial fraud occurred by TG Legal + Technology and Australian Post (that’s how they spell it on the Dun and Bradstreet listing) with the delivery.
I have Registered Mail Numbers for tracking and recording purposes along with witnessed Third Party Proof of Service and Contents Mailed for all correspondence sent.
By receiving this Notice, all deniability is removed. Fraus est celare fraudem meaning “It is a Fraud to conceal a Fraud”.
I am a living soul woman without citizenship obligations. I am the donor and sole inheritor of the survivorship of my estate - Felicia Gunhild Engstrom - and I hold the sole survivor interest.
I am not a voluntary transactor in Commerce and I am exempt from your jurisdiction and claim my exemptions, remedies and reliefs.
May I remind your Court or COURT that the Estate you are claiming is bonded against loss by the Bond Number disguised as a File Number on my State of State Birth Certificate created by the Bankstown Court House, New South Wales, Australia by the REGISTERING AUTHORITY - Maria Louise Hills, Assistant District Registrar.
