Preparation for Elections

In preparation for elections we are working to clearly define the Assembly Offices. We also need to define Election and numerous other processes for the Assemblies, and define a method of delegation / restriction of powers. Local Assembly Coordinators are making good progress on this initiative and I offer a heartfelt thank you to all involved.

• General Assembly: Office Drafts completed and published.
• Governance Pillars: Office Drafts completed and part published.
• Jural Assembly: In Progress. These offices are all about upholding and administering the law; It is crucial we get this right, and we invite State Nationals with experience in law or governance to contribute.
• Guardianage Assembly: Started.

Upcoming tasks include:

• Defining the Election/Plebiscite Processes
• Establishing Court Procedures
• Drafting Meeting Ground Rules
• Outlining Mechanisms for Delegation and Restriction of Powers

This step documenting the roles and processes will help us tick the necessary boxes to ensure our Assemblies are recognised as valid by other lawful nations. It will also provide clarity and transparency of our public governance institutions.
