Far more than just a helper, the Liaison is a trusted advocate, bridge-builder, and support system to ensure Assemblies excel in safety, order, and good governance.<\/p>\n<p>If your Assembly has not yet identified a Liaison, now is the time to do so. And if you\u2019re someone who resonates with this role\u2014or know someone who does\u2014please consider stepping forward.<\/p>\n<h3>What the PKTF Liaison Offers Your Assembly<\/h3>\n<p>Liaisons are appointed by the PKTF to provide services at no charge, and they operate with voluntary authority\u2014which means they must work cooperatively with the people, coordinators, and Offices of your General Assembly. Their effectiveness depends on clear and respectful engagement with the whole Assembly.<\/p>\n<h3>Here\u2019s what a Liaison can help with:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Validation of Assembly Standing<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring all Assembly offices are properly elected, recorded, and ratified with the Federation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Peacekeeping &amp; Law Interface<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Building rapport and open communication with local and national enforcement agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emergency Services Support<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitating equipment and training for resilient, independent response systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These services are important to both the practical and lawful effectiveness of your Assembly\u2014and your Liaison supports you in bringing them to life.<\/p>\n<h3>Why Communication Is Everything<\/h3>\n<p>At the heart of all PKTF Liaison work is <strong>communication<\/strong>\u2014<strong>calm, respectful, and consistent<\/strong>. This helps prevent unnecessary delays and confusion, especially in the early stages of Assembly development. A great Liaison helps keep things flowing, fosters peace, and ensures the Assembly's peace keeping training needs are met.<\/p>\n<h3>Reporting and Progress Tracking<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate periodic reports for The Peacekeeping Task Force.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progression rates of participating State Assemblies.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the Validation Process managed by PKTF.<\/li>\n<li>Support development of Committees and Joint Committees related to Guardianage Assembly responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What Makes a Great Liaison?<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for <strong>calm, courageous<\/strong> men and women who live with integrity and can help connect the people to the systems around them. They are part of a <strong>national family<\/strong> and a growing <strong>international team<\/strong> of peace-focused leaders committed to honourable self-governance. Liaisons receive regular support, guidance, and access to collaborative spaces where ideas, strategies, and challenges are shared. Ongoing training, discussion forums, and working groups provide rich opportunities to learn and grow.
