For generations, those in positions of power have happily taken advantage of this confusion\u2014using labels, ridicule, and word-traps to convince people that anyone claiming sovereignty is dangerous or arrogant.\u00a0But here is the truth:<\/p>\n<p><strong>You should never claim to be \u201ca sovereign,\u201d and not for the reasons the rulers want you to think.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s start with what the legal world itself admits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Black's Law Dictionary Fourth Edition:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cA county is a person in a legal sense, but a sovereign is not;\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Read that again carefully. A person is a legal construct. A sovereign is not.<\/p>\n<p>Why? Because only an unincorporated body can be truly sovereign. Incorporated governments\u2014and the countless franchises beneath them\u2014can only ever be quasi-sovereign.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They imitate sovereignty.<\/li>\n<li>They simulate sovereignty.<\/li>\n<li>But they do not possess it.<\/li>\n<li>They are, in essence, fake sovereigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Annotated Constitution of the Commonwealth:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSovereignty, therefore, <strong>resides in the State<\/strong>, but it is principally <strong>manifested through the Government, its creature<\/strong>. Every competent organ of government, legislative, judicial, or executive \u2014 Parliaments, courts, constitutional assemblies, electorates in their legislative capacity, Kings, Presidents, Governors, Executive Councils \u2014 are <strong>organs through which the sovereign power is exercised<\/strong>. In one sense the aggregate of these bodies within a State, as exercising the sum-total of sovereign power, may be considered as depositaries of sovereignty ; but in another and a truer sense<strong> sovereignty is located in the ultimate legislative organ<\/strong> \u2014 the supreme <strong>organic unity<\/strong> which in the last resort controls all the others.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There is a great deal of information in that paragraph:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Citizens elected to the State Assembly (international Land jurisdiction) by the expressed collective will of the people (assembled) create the legitimate sovereign State.<\/li>\n<li>That sovereignty is <strong>manifested through the Government<\/strong> (corporate governmental service providers) because the State Assembly tells them what to do.<\/li>\n<li>Every <strong>\u201corgan of government\u201d<\/strong> including <strong>Kings and Presidents<\/strong> are organs through which the sovereignty is exercised. They are not sovereign, nor are their corporations.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cultimate legislative organ \u2013 the supreme organic unity\u201d is your Assembly. One in which the powers of sovereignty are vested in the people and are exercised by the people, either directly, or through representatives chosen by the people, to whom those powers are specially delegated.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Powers of sovereignty are vested in the people. How can that be and yet you not be a Sovereign? Because you are not the people, you are but one of the people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When the people Assemble they create a sovereign body. When you elect Deputies to your State Assembly, you delegate them some of your authority, creating a sovereign state.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Black's Law Dictionary Fourth Edition:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201c<strong>Sovereignty:<\/strong> The power to do everything in a state without accountability,--to make laws, to execute and to apply them, to impose and collect taxes and levy contributions, to make war or peace, to form treaties of alliance or of commerce with foreign nations, and the like.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That sounds like a lot of power? And the people assembled into a sovereign body have that power - whatever the expressed collective will of the people decides. The corporations don\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p>Because America was once free, it is not uncommon for the people\u2019s authority to be enshrined in State codes, for example:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cCALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE - SECTION 11120 et seq.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>11120. It is the public policy of this state that public agencies exist to aid in the conduct of the people's business and the proceedings of public agencies be conducted openly so that the public may remain informed.<br \/>\nIn enacting this article the Legislature finds and declares that it is the intent of the law that actions of state agencies be taken openly and that their deliberation be conducted openly.<br \/>\nThe people of this state do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies which serve them. The people, in delegating authority, do not give their public servants the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know. The people insist on remaining informed so that they may retain control over the instruments they have created.<br \/>\nThis article shall be known and may be cited as the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>These lands \u2013 Terra Australis \u2013 have been a penal settlement and colony since 1788 \u2013 we have never been free \u2013 until now.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>If I\u2019m not sovereign, what am I?<\/h4>\n<p>If you have been watching TASA for a while you will have come across the word \u2018<strong>suveran<\/strong>\u2019, and probably wondered what it is about.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Noah Websters Dictionary 1828:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cSuveran, adjective: 1. Supreme in power; possessing supreme dominion; as a suveran prince. The Creator is the suveran ruler of the universe.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to the 1560 Geneva Bible, <strong>\u201cGod created the man in his image\u201d<\/strong> and looked at His creation and saw it was good (perfect).<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, I have not been able to find suveran in a legal dictionary.<\/p>\n<p>When<strong> suverans assemble<\/strong>, you create a <strong>sovereign governing body<\/strong> that has the power and authority to direct the governmental service provider corporations (Government franchises \u2013 \u201cthe fish of the sea\u201d and the \u201cfoul of the heaven\u201d).<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Be suveran \u2013 create a sovereign.
