• Documents, scans and photos to record thy status as a reconveyed or conveyed State National, provide services such as credential cards or to prepare documents for thee, we shall handle thy private details with care and integrity.

We seek not to gather information beyond what is necessary for clear and honest communication.

Thy information shall be used solely for the purpose for which it was given, including:

• Responding to thy queries,
• Enhancing thy experience,
• Recording thy status as a reconveyed or conveyed State National,
• Recording thy status as a qualified elector,
• Providing services such as credential cards or preparing documents for thee,
• Improving our services to better serve thee.

We vow never to exploit thy private information for financial gain or to disclose it without thy consent, save when required by the law of the land.

• Use TASA’s name, logos, or materials for private or financial gain, nor make it appear that thou representest TASA without formal, writen approval.

2.3 Communicate with Respect

We value open discussion, but ask that thou refrains from making negative public comments about TASA, its founders, staff, or members. If an issue arises, bring it forth in private, and we shall address it in good faith, as honourable men and women ought.

2.4 Respect the Community

Thou shalt not use TASA’s platform or resources to harm, mislead, or divide the community or any individual within it. Our intent is to unite and empower; thy actions should align with this purpose.

2.5 Protect the Integrity of the Platform

Thou shalt not misuse the website or its materials in any way that brings harm to the assembly, the people within it, or the greater community. Misuse of TASA’s platform to sow division or distrust is a breach of this Privacy Compact. Shouldst thou discover an error or potentially misleading content, we trust that thou wilt bring it to our attention so it may be resolved.

TASA’s website administrators reserve the right to temporarily disable or permanently ban any participant whose actions are deemed counter to the values or security of the assembly.

Part 3: About thy contributions

To access the contents of this website and participate in our community we ask ye contribute just twelve dollars per year toward the maintenance and improvement costs associated with the site and it’s features.

3.1 Renewal

The contribution provides ye with unlimited access to the site for twelve months (three hundred and sixty five days), so long as ye honour thy promises made via this compact.

Ye will receive email notification two weeks prior to the end of the contribution period, and if ye take no action thy contribution will automatically renew at the end of this period to ensure thy participation is not interrupted. If ye wish the contribution not be renewed or they card details have changed, that’s OK but ye will need to let us know by email.

3.2 Refunds

If ye choose to participate, make thy contribution, and within forty eight hours feel ye has been misled or decide the information does not resonate for some reason, send us an email explaining this and we will return thy contribution. Our hope is that ye will enjoy participating with our community but we accept that it is not for everyone.

If ye choose to leave, or if we find it necessary to revoke thy participation due to a breach of thy promise in this compact, no refund will be issued.
